More Airwaves
Two more radio shows featured RNL recently. Tony Coulter played two from The Living Things on his July 16th episode, now archived at WFMU. Listen through their site or in their app via links found here: www.wfmu.org/playlists/shows/141989. Tony is an amazing explorer and selector of idiosyncratic, homemade, and experimental sounds, ranging from the beautiful to the grotesque. The equally amazing DJ/world builder Deirdre Dionysiac played two tracks on their show. The audio isn't archived but you can see the playlist here: playlists.wprb.com/WPRB/pl/19102078/lineworking-in-linen.
Lost in a Sea of Sound
Loved reading this thoughtful and deep review of The Living Things over at Lost In A Sea Of Sound. "These recordings seem to travel up and down escalators, conduits through atmospheres, dimensions, solids and ethereal mist." Read more here: lostseasound.blogspot.com/2024/06/rnl-living-things.html
RNL on A Duck In A Tree
RNL is featured on the May 25th episode of A Duck in a Tree, my absolute favorite podcast! Every week, :zoviet:france: assembles this continuous assemblage of “some of the best genre-refusing, zero BPM, hypnatropic and maximinimalist recordings that have grabbed their attention.” The episode, called "The Sea Returns, The Water Returns" features the track “An Address” from The Living Things. Check out the episode here (or wherever you listen to podcasts): zovietfrance.podbean.com

The track "Helium" from The Living Things closed out DJJJS's show Void Filler on Dublab last week. The show also featured a track from the Henning Pertiet tape on Cosmic Winnetou, from the same batch. https://www.dublab.com/archive/djjjs-void-filler-05-12-24
